A pencil starts drawing by itself, and all of a sudden a new animation movie emerges.

Mice on a long distance journey. A beautiful movie for the smallest movie fans.
Lots of tiny details are hidden in this movie, but unfurtunately this isn't enough to fill 80 minutes.

From the mainly four-year-old audience one could see, that the journey to the mice's world is great fun and exactly the right thing to spend a nice afternoon in the cinema.

Özlem his fed up with her brothers taking her for a wimp all the time - only because of her being a girl! Therefore she runs away from home and flys to Denmark "by stork", to visit her cousin Hassan. There Özlem gets on a ship, which is just depositing for Turkye... And there, by chance she meets a few of Hassan's friends. Here, in the middle of the ocean, a super hero is desperately needed!

Full of humor and funny ideas, "Little big mouse" is a story not only for very small children. Also, the movie is based on a serious topic - disadvantage of girls (which seems to be a main topic of this year's Kinderfilmfest). Apart from this topic, I think that the figures and especially the background were drawn very beutifully. What I like best is that everybody can see his own story in the movie. At first sight the whole thing might look like a "babies' movie", but if you have a closer look, it is more like a fable.

Another great film adventure!
